Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Consultant to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all cancellation requests are retained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service to customers through telephone and correspondence
- Ensure that all cancellation requests are retained using all available tools
- Upsell policies to clients and contribute to the company's revenue
- Reinstate policies as per client requests and use this opportunity to upsell
- Meet minimum requirements of 2 years insurance industry experience, 2 years call centre/telephone experience, and 1-year sales/retention contact centre experience
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- NQF 5
- A minimum of 120 Insurance credits
- Regulatory Exams
- FAIS (Long Term Insurance)
- Class of business (COB) and compliance training
