Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level service to customers through telephone and correspondence
  • Ensure that all cancellation requests are retained using all available tools
  • Upsell policies to clients and contribute to the company's revenue
  • Reinstate policies as per client requests and use this opportunity to upsell
  • Meet minimum requirements of 2 years insurance industry experience, 2 years call centre/telephone experience, and 1-year sales/retention contact centre experience

Requirements

  • Completed Matric
  • NQF 5
  • A minimum of 120 Insurance credits
  • Regulatory Exams
  • FAIS (Long Term Insurance)
  • Class of business (COB) and compliance training
