We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to manage financial transactions, payroll, insurance, and compliance-related tasks at Level-Up in Johannesburg.
About the RoleThis position requires strong numerical and reconciliation skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while supporting operational processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain accurate customer and supplier accounts.
- Match and process accounts receivable payments.
- Verify, process, and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
- Generate, import, and submit quotations for new installations via relevant portals.
- Prepare, import, and submit invoices for new installations on client systems or portals.
- Process clock reports and prepare wages accurately and on schedule.
- Handle insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
- Process IOD (Injury on Duty) claims in compliance with company and legal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of company vehicle licenses and ensure timely renewals and payments.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and financial projects as required.
- Provide support to other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar financial role.
Rand 350,000 - Rand 450,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
