Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Sub Sahara region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Establish and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Territory Management: Manage and develop sales teams across the Sub Sahara region.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth through innovative sales techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-8 years of senior sales management experience in a manufacturing and agricultural environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or Marketing.
  • Skill Set: Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills, strong organizational and target-driven skills, advanced MS Office skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Competencies:
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Location: This role is based in the Sub Sahara region, with frequent travel required to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work Environment: A dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and results-driven approach.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
