Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique hotel's F&B department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall strategy and direction of the F&B department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the F&B team, aligning with the hotel's standards and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the chef and bar team to design innovative, seasonal menus and beverage offerings, maintaining knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships, ensuring seamless operations.
- Foster a motivated and high-performing F&B team through recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Prepare and manage the F&B department budget, tracking revenue and expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in boutique or luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and budgeting tools.
The salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
