Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, designed to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • They will work closely with department leaders to understand their employee experience needs and provide expert advice on employee communications.
  • Additionally, they will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a specialist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
