">Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crm Manager to oversee our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Crm best practices, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of improving customer relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.
">- Develop and implement Crm strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Crm system, including data management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Crm initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
NQF Level 4 essential Diploma or Degree in Business Information systems (advantageous)
Proficiency in Crm software Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on customer data Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
