This position involves managing office processes, including finance, human resources, communications, and legal administration within a matrix environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative functions from a compliance and operational effectiveness approach.
Key Outputs- Manage the office Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the local office and advise on application.
- Implement new/revised Policies and Procedures and monitor adherence thereof.
- Identify risks facing the office and ensure effective mitigation against such risks.
- Oversight of Business Intelligence reports to accurately reflect the status of strategy implementation.
- Management and monitoring of local office contracts to ensure compliance and value for money.
- Monitoring of petty cash usage and management of infrastructure and fixed assets.
- Procurement and payments management, including sourcing quotes from suppliers and processing invoices.
- Budgetary control through efficient vehicle and fleet management.
- Lead a diverse team to ensure efficiencies and accountability.
