About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Automation Specialist to join our team at TMF Group. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for the Medius application, ensuring seamless operations and efficient processing of payments and accounting data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Medius application across multiple regions, working closely with global teams and local business stakeholders.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Medius and international Accounts Payable practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to ensure a consistent service delivery across TMF Group, towards our customers.
  • Provide training to users in TMF offices onboarded to Medius, and offer second-line support to local super users.
  • Assist in process documentation and annual ISAE3000/3402 audit exercises, leveraging your expertise in finance software applications.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in administrating and providing support to Accounts Payable, Internal Finance or Treasury applications.
  • Strong technical skills in finance software applications, including Medius, Alteryx, PowerBI, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to drive solutions to completion and leverage team support when needed.
  • Familiarity with API technology, Data Intelligence, and SWIFT payment standards is highly desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
