We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Industrial and Construction Equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic leadership to internal and external customers, upholding the company's values at all times.
  • Achieving revenue and profitability quotas for the company's products sold into all customer segments within the region.
  • Establishing a foundation for future sales growth and selling value and solutions to customers.
  • Directing selling activities within the region, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
  • Prioritizing effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Responsible for regional forecasting and sales tracking, as well as setting the vision for the region and developing a business plan to attain this vision.
  • Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information to identify trends affecting current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven record of achievement in a prior sales position, with experience in the mobile Earthmoving equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of the Earthmoving and mobile port handling equipment industry, particularly Kalmar equipment.
  • Maturity required: Matric, 3 year post matric qualification, and prior attendance at formal sales training courses.
Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of R 35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
