Training and Development Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
The Training Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the Digicall Group's learning landscape. This critical position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs across the organization.
This role ensures seamless alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives, driving a culture of continuous growth and employee development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategy Execution:
Designing and delivering targeted learning interventions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance. - Operational Excellence:
Developing and implementing specific training programs to meet evolving employee needs and support organizational goals. - Performance Management:
Evaluating the effectiveness of training efforts and providing actionable insights to inform future program development. - Collaboration and Communication:
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years' experience in training and development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering training programs that drive business results.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Acumen:
Managing departmental expenses and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Talent Development:
Identifying and addressing skill gaps, and developing targeted training programs to support employee growth and development. - Reporting and Analytics:
Providing regular reporting and analytics on training metrics and impact, to inform business decision-making.
