Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an HR Compliance Specialist who manages the activities involved in the preparation, delivery, and assessment of training and development programs for LabourNet Occupational Health and Safety Courses.
Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare for assessment processes in collaboration with all learners.
• Conduct assessments in line with SAQA, QCTO, and company standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and learner support.
• Review assessment process and action recommendations made by a moderator.
• Adhere to all requirements as described by SABPP to maintain competency.
• Design and deliver reports on assessments carried out as and when required.
Requirements:
• National Health and Safety Qualification / NQF level 6 Qualification relevant to subject area.
• Demonstrated history of facilitating training in a group setting.
• Maintained accreditation status as Constituent Assessor and Moderator (Advantageous).
• 3 years experience in Health and Safety / Compliance related roles.
• Experience Working With Students, Communication skills, Classroom Experience, Data Collection, Adult Education, Meeting Facilitation, Calculus, LMS, Teaching, Training & Development, Exercise Planning, Remedy.
