Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including cash handling, membership sales, and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the club's marketing efforts by promoting programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve club goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and working effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
