About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Data Security team. As a key member of our Pre-Sales team, you'll work closely with Sales to respond to partner and customer needs for our solutions. Your technical expertise and soft skills will be essential in this role, where you'll need to balance both aspects to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects to gather information on their use case, application environment, and data flows to understand their needs fully.
  • Be actively involved in the Proof of Concept phase of the sales engagement, providing assistance and advice on configuration or customisation to meet the prospects' needs.
  • Interface with hundreds of 3rd-party applications and solutions, identifying new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on encryption and cryptography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, with some weeks more than others.
