Objective Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Debtors and Creditors Management: Supervise functions and personnel related to debtors and creditors, including reconciliations of accounts and monthly statements.
  • Cashbook and GL Management: Process cashbooks, manage the general ledger, and ensure accurate month-end reporting.
  • Transaction Processing: Process all transactions, including petty cash, and journals, and ensure supporting documentation is received.
  • Tax Compliance: Submit VAT, Taxes, and Levies to SA Revenue Services.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • HR Administration: Track employee leave and keep a record of leave taken by each employee (Annual/Sick/FRL).
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution.
  • Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
