Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Debtors and Creditors Management: Supervise functions and personnel related to debtors and creditors, including reconciliations of accounts and monthly statements.
- Cashbook and GL Management: Process cashbooks, manage the general ledger, and ensure accurate month-end reporting.
- Transaction Processing: Process all transactions, including petty cash, and journals, and ensure supporting documentation is received.
- Tax Compliance: Submit VAT, Taxes, and Levies to SA Revenue Services.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts.
- HR Administration: Track employee leave and keep a record of leave taken by each employee (Annual/Sick/FRL).
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
- HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution.
- Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
