At Hire Resolve, we are seeking a skilled Production Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative functions within our manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Coordinating wages and leave schedules
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Assisting with PPE and Health & Safety paperwork and processes
- Managing medical administration tasks
- Coordinating training schedules and documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
We estimate that this role comes with a salary of approximately R350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- South African citizen
- Minimum post-matric qualification (degree advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
