About the Role

Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO and assist with various tasks across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments and taking messages as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other personal tasks for the CEO.
  • Process orders and maintain customer records in collaboration with the Sales department.
  • Coordinate with clients and handle inquiries related to sales.
  • Perform data entry and document management tasks to support the Finance department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
