About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Creative Partner who shares our passion for storytelling, CRM, and digital technologies. As a leading light for both clients and agency colleagues, you'll provide a vision, inspire leadership, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our passionate studio in delivering exceptional digital-led concepts that exceed client briefs and expectations.
  • Be a thought leader within the team, driving strategic thinking, conceptual creativity, and a desire to transform brands through beautiful, intuitive, and human-centered products and experiences.
  • Stay tuned into popular culture and platforms, with a strong point of view on what it takes to win in this space.
  • Partner with Technical and Business Leads to ensure client work is run smoothly and delivered correctly.
Daily Activities
  • Lead client-agency/client brainstorms & workshops to determine KPIs, strategic direction, and set ways of working to maintain client relationships.
  • Drive integration, with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Scope, plan, and manage the creative process on projects.
  • Manage and mentor creative teams.
  • Work with other disciplines to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Be a champion for innovation on every project.
  • Play an active role in campaign planning.
  • Drive real-time optimization of digital work in partnership with strategy and data.
  • Participate in pitches for new business.
  • Define the direction for overall campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Generate ideas and sell them into clients and team members.
  • Mockup creative ideas.
  • Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list.
  • Lead brainstorms and conceptualization.
  • Oversee the craft, whether it's writing, design, or other creative aspects.
  • Compile presentations for clients and figure out new ways of selling.
  • Attend client briefings and presentations.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying updated on industry trends.

  • 3D Animation & Production (helpful).
