We are seeking a Mid-level Art Director to deliver cutting-edge luxury automotive creative campaigns that push the boundaries of exceptional storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and produce integrated marketing materials from TTL to digital assets, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and create integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive results.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor brands, ensuring our creative campaigns remain at the forefront of exceptional storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Planning to develop client strategies, analyze results, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and evolve our creative brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Art, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in visual storytelling.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in Art Direction within an advertising agency, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience working with automotive or global clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Proven ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns across multiple channels, including film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
  • Data-driven and obsessed with measuring the impact of campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate creative vision to stakeholders.
  • A professional, proactive, and positive attitude that sets an example for others, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
