We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LISP Team Leader: Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Administration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing the planning and supervision of a specific functional area.
The successful candidate will drive accountability for the team to perform according to contracted performance areas, delivering the highest level of service to stakeholders. They will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, identifying ways of promoting accuracy and maximising productivity within the team, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading a team of professionals in the Investment Administration department.
- Overseeing the planning and supervision of a specific functional area.
- Driving accountability for the team to perform according to contracted performance areas.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate and a relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce/Management Certificate/Degree/Diploma). A minimum of 5 years' experience within the LISP industry is required, along with experience with process improvement methodologies. Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, as well as strong communication skills (both verbal and written), are essential. Excel proficiency at an intermediate level will be advantageous.
