Role Overview

The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends. Our Sales Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities outside Asia, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales data to prepare insightful reports and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, prospects, and follow-ups.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the industry, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of marketing.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to grow in a competitive environment.
