Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the renewal process from start to finish, ensuring that all renewals are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive renewal growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure that all renewals are accurately priced and that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Review and analyze claims and underwriting processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to sell renewal policies effectively.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in short term insurance, with a strong focus on renewal.
  • Full qualification NQF 4 or NQF 5.
  • RE5 Certificate.
  • FSCA registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
