Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Assistance Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, as well as provide guidance and support to internal teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should also have at least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Assistance Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as providing guidance and support to internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
