Job Description

Rectitude Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Technical Renewal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in short-term insurance and a proven track record of driving renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a valid RE5 Certificate
  • Be in possession of a full qualification (NQF 4 or NQF 5)
  • Be registered with the FSCA
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in short-term insurance
  • Be computer literate
  • Have knowledge of the underwriting process
  • Have knowledge of insurance principles
  • Drive renewal processes
  • Process renewals around
  • Assist in driving policy
  • Manage renewals
  • Be responsible for technical renewals
  • Review claims and underwriting processes
