Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our e-discovery team, you will be responsible for managing high-level project tasks, collaborating with attorneys and IT personnel, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end discovery matters, serving as primary client point of contact.
  • Provide expertise and consultative advice on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Define, communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables.
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.
  • Serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings.
  • Forecast, track, and manage project budgets and invoices.
  • Oversight of multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Generate and distribute reporting metrics for processed requests and KPIs on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support/legal industry.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the e-discovery space, with preferred experience as a Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers.
Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
