Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies, focusing on candidate quality and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Utilize market research and industry trends to identify top talent and create innovative sourcing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions, maintaining a strong interview-to-offer ratio.
  • Collaborate with the business, HR, and Compensation teams to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and develop effective partnerships with hiring teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
  • 9+ years of experience in candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
