Business Development Manager

Pronel Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office / Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers and our technical and sales teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with our technical and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee the performance of our technical team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service to our customers.
- Manage customer relationships, including meeting with customers on-site and online, following up on outstanding issues, and ensuring that customer feedback is addressed.
- Assist with procurement and collaborate with suppliers to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver our services.
- Chair internal meetings and assist with ISO and POPI compliance.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service sales and support, team management, and IT products and services.
- Industry experience and management experience.
- Certifications in IT, management, and customer service are beneficial.
- Driver's license and own car.
