    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in systems analysis and design, with a focus on business systems.
    • Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent.
    • Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and workflow design.
    • Strong understanding of IT architecture, systems, and programming languages.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
