We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Comotrans, a leading player in the bulk transport industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving financial efficiency.

About You

You will have a strong background in finance, with prior experience in accounting and supervisory roles. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Develop and implement plans to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Prior experience in accounting roles.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • A valid RSA driver's license with own transport is beneficial.
