Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Strategy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of operational activities in the province by providing technical support of Seda business plan, policies, procedures, and processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, oversee, and ensure the implementation of an integrated Provincial Operations plan and operational activities.
  2. Monitor and evaluate Provincial Operational Performance.
  3. Manage Infrastructure.
  4. Financial, risk, and compliance management.

Requirements

You will need a Matric (NQF Level 4) plus B-Tech or Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering. Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) and/or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering is an added advantage.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 – 8 years work experience in Operations Management, with 2 – 3 years managerial experience. You will also require project, quality, and risk management experience, as well as experience in implementing support strategies or continuous management of processes or change management.
