Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist will be instrumental in providing exceptional assistance to our global sales team, ensuring that our international clientele receives outstanding service. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent English communication abilities, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the capacity to manage various tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries swiftly and professionally through various communication channels.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, facilitate order processing, and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist the sales team with essential administrative duties, including generating quotes and managing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the timely delivery of products and services.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Recognize and escalate priority concerns to the relevant team members or management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Engage in training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales support capacity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Working Hours: 15:00pm to 1:00am
