Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relations:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion

  2. Technical Support:
    Provide expert advice on product systems and application, resolving customer queries and concerns
    Collaborate with customers to conduct trials and monitor product performance
  3. Administration:
    Achieve sales targets through effective forecasting, reporting, and customer management
    Monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  4. Environment, Health and Safety:
    Ensure compliance with responsible care principles and promote a healthy environment

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 qualification
  2. Tertiary education in sales or a relevant field (advantageous)
  3. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the resin/chemical/foundry/structural timber sector
  4. Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
  5. Excellent communication and computer skills, intermediate level
  6. Familiarity with English and Afrikaans languages, with proficiency in one other official language advantageous
