Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that align with the organization's IT and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Platform Customization and Development: Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications and modules, leveraging platform capabilities such as workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Integration and Data Strategy: Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications, including legacy systems, cloud platforms, and external databases.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Define and implement ServiceNow architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices across the platform.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow HR, SecOps, or other advanced modules, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure solutions, familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in the context of ServiceNow.
