About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as part of our operations team.

  • As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for managing tickets from start to finish, adding parts and charges to customer tickets using ITSM REMEDY & ServiceNow.
  • You will make telephone calls for escalations, courier ETA's, and customer availability.
  • Your primary objective will be to track delivery via specified courier used and manually transfer information from an internal system to a customer interface.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage tickets from start to finish.
  2. Add parts and charges to customer tickets using ITSM REMEDY & ServiceNow.
  3. Make telephone calls for escalations, courier ETA's, and customer availability.
  4. Track delivery via specified courier used.
  5. Manually transfer information from an internal system to a customer interface.
  6. Hit SLA targets monthly.
  7. Learn multiple contracts to assist with other areas of the team.
  8. Check stock through SAP.
  9. Escalate stock issues to supervisors, TLs, and repairs team.

Qualifications

  • Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, ServiceNow.
  • Plan and organize own workload.
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service.
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data, providing data for reporting and processing of information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
