Customer Service Position

This Customer Service position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with clients via an inbound line
  • Responding to general contract and transactional inquiries
  • Providing product and service information
Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports
Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual ability (preferably fluent in English)
  • Previous experience in inbound customer service (minimum 6 months)
  • Basic salary: R9500 per month (no incentives or commissions)
