We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fashion Sales Expert to join our team at TFG in Eastern Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position working 120 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for our brand and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and offering them the best possible solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse range of products and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure stores are always ready for customers.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or equivalent.
Skills and Qualities:
- Passionate about people and delivering excellent customer service.
- Target-driven and focused on achieving sales goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and self-motivated.

Estimated Salary Range: R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
