Key Accountabilities:
  • Target achievement by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Servicing existing customers according to predetermined schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Updating customer information in accordance with company requirements, maintaining accurate records for effective sales management.
  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Developing new business opportunities through networking and cold calling, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Managing payment collections and credit control, ensuring prompt settlement of outstanding invoices and minimizing bad debt.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant sales industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the metal industry is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and good spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • A valid driver's license with no endorsements, and a clean driving record.
  • South African citizenship and a clear credit history.
Estimate Salary

R 120,000 - R 150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
