About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at Flink Recruitment. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP solutions to our clients in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client processes and provide solution requirements based on their needs.
  • Maintain a specialist level of knowledge of all ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, and month-end and year-end Reporting.
  • Facilitate onsite review workshops, client project meetings, and provide training on solutions when necessary.
  • Complete technical system configurations and data uploads.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to the client based on the Statement of Work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, training, and development, to ensure successful project implementation and delivery of quality solutions to clients.
  • Report and monitor technical bugs found in software and ensure they are resolved.
Requirements
  • Completed 3-year National Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a finance/accounting role or similar, with experience in ERP systems and implementations, and in the professional services industries.
  • Experience working with external clients.
