Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative support, office supplies, and budget management.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to manage budgets and handle financial transactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional qualifications in office management or related fields being advantageous.
