Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative support, office supplies, and budget management.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to manage budgets and handle financial transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional qualifications in office management or related fields being advantageous.
