Job Title: Regional Finance Manager

Within the HR Genie organization, we are seeking a skilled Regional Finance Manager to lead regional financial processes, risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional financial activities, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures, and achieving performance targets through proactive P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage regional financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Identify and mitigate regional financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant financial frameworks and standards.
  3. Develop and implement effective financial planning and analysis processes to drive regional performance.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in regional financial management, with a strong understanding of financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  2. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
