Job Title: Regional Finance Manager

Job Summary:

BevCo is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to oversee regional financial activities, ensuring adherence to operational and financial frameworks. The successful candidate will lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and risk management, and drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising operational practices, processes, and systems.

About the Role:

The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial enablement and control, and ensuring that all regional financial activities and transactions are conducted in accordance with the relevant financial framework. This role requires strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and high-level written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising operational practices, processes, and systems
  • Provide financial enablement and control, and ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to achieve regional performance targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (NQF level 7)
  • 7+ years of experience in operational execution
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in regional financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
