We are seeking an experienced Claims Fulfillment Consultant to join our team at Future Careers.
About the JobThis position involves handling various aspects of claims processing, including authorization, resolution, and customer engagement. As a Claims Fulfillment Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex claims efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Claims Authorization: Authorize claims within set deadlines and productivity targets.
- Troubleshooting: Apply technical skills to resolve complex issues, communicating effectively with customers.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrate a clear understanding and execution of customer complaints and resolutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulated agreements specified by relevant boards.
- Payout Management: Ensure accurate application of rates to service providers and correct appointment of service providers to claims.
- Reporting and Communication: Understand report and quote requirements for efficient claims resolution.
- Technical Skills: Operate claims management systems, use relevant tools for quick claim resolution, and communicate effectively.
Main Requirements:
- Experience: 4 years in claims handling, preferably homeowners/building claims experience.
- Skills: Short-term claims insurance experience, ability to handle customer queries, and effective communication skills.
