We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH).
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving claims, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Manage customer interactions, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure first-call resolution.
- Claim Resolution: Resolve claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Correspondence: Respond to routine and unusual customer requests via phone or email.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
- FAIS and RE5 qualification
- Class of Business – product knowledge
