Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage claims across various insurance product lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients, hospitals, doctors, insurers and third parties to facilitate seamless claims handling.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies, industry regulations, and company standards.
  • Utilize Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites and to manage claims efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client information on Zoho Desk and AtWork CRM sytem.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support clients throughout the claims process.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding claims and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the claims process.
Requirements:
  • Financial planning support experience, RE5 certification, and wealth management experience are advantageous but not required.
  • Must have at least 3 years prior experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in using Discovery, Momentum, Old Mutual, Sanlam, Hollard, PPS, Medihelp, Bonitas, Bestmed, Stratum, Zestlife and Liberty websites.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Desk and AtWork CRM sytem.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Energetic and detail oriented.
  • Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
