We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Support Coordinator to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide personalized support to our Managing Director and oversee various aspects of the company's activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Managing Director.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is R650,000 - R850,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
