Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sports complex, including customer experience and team performance.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.

  • Manage a team of 15+ employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality, sports management, or tourism.

  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, overseeing complex operations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
