**Job Title:** Hospitality System Consultant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Hospitality System Consultant to join our team at Carlysle Human Capital.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients to our software
  • Post-onboard client follow-ups and check-ins
  • Onboard new POS clients
  • Implement integrations, such as financial interfaces
  • Consultative projects related to data changes
  • Stay up-to-date with new product features and services to advise clients
  • Maintain and update onboarding SOPs and documentation
  • Onboard new properties for existing clients

**Requirements:

Project management, key account management, client onboarding skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is preferred.
