Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a Related Field: A master's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or public health.
  • 8+ Years of Communications Experience: At least 8 years of experience in communications, ideally in early childhood development, education, or public health.
  • Senior Management Experience: At least 4 years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record of leading communications teams.
  • Successful Track Record of Driving Social Change Communications: A successful track record of driving effective social change communications campaigns, with a focus on behavior change and social impact.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex communications issues and develop effective solutions.
