Job Title: Safety and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at LMP RECRUIT.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to work in a sales environment, ensuring that all customer needs are met while maintaining the highest level of safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, quotes, job cards, and invoicing, as well as understanding and tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Orders & Invoicing: Oversee the management of sales orders, quotes, job cards, and invoicing to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Needs: Understand and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Order Management: Place and follow up on customer orders to guarantee timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Quotation Follow-Up: Monitor and address queries on quotations to maintain transparency and build trust with customers.
  • Customer Support: Handle complaints and provide resolutions promptly, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount.
  • Job Allocation: Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane Technicians to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Technical Liaison: Coordinate with Technical staff on projects to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Equipment Certification: Ensure that equipment is certified and meets industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Inspection Reports: Verify and capture inspection details to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Timely Correspondence: Send required reports and correspondence on time, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Safety Reporting: Report risks and prioritize safety to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Safety Practices: Adhere to safety policies and contribute to the development of ISO45001 standards.
  • Safety Files: Manage customer safety files and Contractor packs to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Staff Safety: Ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations, promoting a safe working culture.
Requirements:
  • Completed Grade 12 Coupled with 2 Years Working Experience: Possess relevant education and experience as a Health & Safety Administrator.
  • SAMTRAC Qualification: Hold a valid SAMTRAC qualification.
  • OH&S Regulations and ISO45001 Standards Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of OH&S regulations and ISO45001 standards, including experience in health and safety practices.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits:
