As a key member of E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD, the Maintenance Excellence Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through the implementation and management of world-class maintenance systems and processes. This strategic position requires an experienced professional with a strong technical background in engineering, reliability, and maintenance management.

About the Role

The Maintenance Excellence Transformation Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective asset management strategies, ensuring optimal functioning of production processes, and minimizing business risk. Key areas of focus include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement group asset management strategy and objectives
  • Manage and improve CMMS systems, ensure data-driven maintenance practices, and integrate maintenance activities into ERP systems
  • Implement critical maintenance KPIs, enforce compliance to standard operating procedures, and provide guidance on spares, equipment, and materials procurement
  • Conduct audits, compile action plans, and manage Condition Monitoring functions
  • Drive standardization and best practices in E,M&I maintenance excellence and reliability throughout the group

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A technical engineering tertiary graduate qualification (BSc Eng / B Eng) with mechanical engineering or electrical engineering and/or reliability engineering experience
  • 15+ years hands-on technical experience in E,M&I maintenance and reliability engineering
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft packages and previous experience in computerized maintenance management systems
  • Proven ability to lead key initiatives, motivate teams, and drive organizational change

What We Offer

E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and generous leave entitlements.
