We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at our Johannesburg Branch office.

The ideal candidate will have some initial work experience in software consulting and first professional experience in the field of IT support / IT service desk. Good IT and/or logistics skills are also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo via the phone and by email. They will also identify and analyze technical problems and malfunctions, as well as find solutions.

Some of the benefits of this role include height adjustable workstations, flexi time, subsidised canteen and gym, walking trails, and the chance to work temporarily in one of our international branches.

In addition to these benefits, the successful candidate will join a medium size but growing team and be in daily contact with, and supported by, colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from Poland, Spain, and Germany.

Please note, due to the nature of our operations, all our positions are office based.
